Joseph started Contractor Dynamics in 2013 after growing up and working in his family’s construction and real estate business, Hughes Marine Firms, as a sixth-generation family member. Today, Contractor Dynamics is the roofing industry's leading marketing training company. He is known for his consistency, and has a passion for helping people unlock new levels of personal and professional growth. He lives in Manasquan NJ, with his wife, Alyssa, of 13 years, their 11-year old son Hunter, and their 8-year old daughter Serafina.
Benny Fisher
Benny Fisher is the Founder & Visionary of The Big Fish Contracting Company, a residential roofing company in Pittsburgh, PA. Benny started his company in 2015 with brand in mind, and has grown the company into a team of 30 people and over 700 5-Star Google Reviews. He is also an experienced public speaker, business consultant, and marketing & sales training expert. Benny has a knack for networking among business owners, and capturing stories of business, entrepreneurial journeys, and overcoming adversity. Benny is a member of the Contractor Dynamics leadership team, and helps our clients transform from the inside out.

Elizabeth Lytle
Elizabeth has been a teacher, a program coordinator, a social media manager, a health and wellness consultant, a marketing trainer, a client success director, and is now the Integrator at Contractor Dynamics. From every one of these roles, she has gotten hands-on experience with marketing managers and leadership teams in helping businesses grow through developing teams and systems and creating strategic marketing plans. Elizabeth’s favorite title is wife, to her husband, Stephen. She is proud to set an example of hard work and investing in others, for her three munchkins, Grayson, Ellery, and Maya.
